Shipping + Return policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Order are processed and shipped in 1-4 business days, and the delivery is expected to take between 2-10 business days. When an item is not in immediate stock, because it is in back ordered at the supplier, we will be able to ship it out as soon as it is available. If this applies to any items ordered, there will be a notice before you submit an order. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We will provide you a tracking information via email on your available account at Steele Uniforms for each package.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately upon receipt at 910-434-8335 or email at contact@steeleuniforms.com. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

RETURN POLICY
We are committed to making you happy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. To be eligible for return, Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable

• We accept return for refunds (for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY), store credit, and exchanges (exchange dependent on inventory)

If the packing slip is no longer available, call us to discuss your return so that we can be ready to receive the items properly. Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
